Our Restaurant

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle inside the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Shuckers has been a cornerstone of Pacific Northwest seafood for nearly 50 years. One of the city’s original oyster bars, we serve sustainably sourced seafood, local microbrews, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list—all in a warm, pub-style setting featuring carved oak paneling and a vintage tin ceiling from its 1930s haberdashery days.

From classic chowder and fish & chips to oysters prepared five ways, our daily market board showcases the freshest local catch, including seasonal favorites like Copper River Salmon. Join us for live oyster shucking on weekends and experience the tradition that helped shape the Emerald City’s oyster revolution.
